Terms of Service
By using the Sports on Sand website or signing up for text messages, you agree to these terms:
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian’s permission.
2. SMS Alerts and Messages
If you check the box, you’ll get league alerts (up to 3/week). If you check the separate marketing box, you’ll also get periodic offers/promotions (up to 2/month).
Message and data rates may apply.
You can reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help.
3. Consent
You will only receive marketing/promotional texts if you give written consent (by checking the box on the web form).
You can opt out of any type of texts at any time.
4. No Resale
We never sell or share your phone number or personal information with third parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
We aim to send accurate, timely info—but can’t guarantee message delivery (like if your carrier blocks texts, there’s an outage, etc.).
